What is ONE Counseling & Associates?
At ONE Counseling & Associates, we’re your one-stop shop for comprehensive recovery support—offering assessments, therapy, wellness groups, and aftercare services all in one place.
-
When Do You Offer Services?
We understand that healing doesn’t follow a 9–5 schedule. That’s why ONE Counseling & Associates offers flexible appointments—including weekends—to ensure you have access to the support you need, when you need it.
-
What to Expect During Your Consultation Appointment
Your consultation is a relaxed, no-pressure opportunity to get to know us and ask any questions you may have. During this 15–30 minute phone conversation, we’ll talk about your reasons for seeking counseling, what you’re hoping to gain, and whether our services are the right fit for your needs.
You’ll learn more about our approach to therapy, the types of services we offer, and what the next steps would look like. This is also a chance for you to share any concerns, preferences, or goals you may have.
Our goal is to make you feel heard, supported, and confident about moving forward—whether that’s with us or with another resource that better suits your needs.
-
Do You Accept Insurance?
We are actively working on accepting insurance at ONE Counseling & Associates. We’ll update our website with details as soon as coverage options become available. Thank you for your patience and continued support.
-
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to someone else who may be waiting for services.
No-call, no-show appointments will be charged the full session fee. If more than one no-call, no-show occurs, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to provide services moving forward.
Your time is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide consistent and quality care to all of our clients.
